Unexpected OR interview and my bank being nice!

Was supposed to have my OR interview next week but they called today and asked me a few questions about my forms. I didn't have any of my paperwork with me or anything!
Unfortunately I was good and mentioned the (few) shares I sold a few months ago, for which I'll get the money through payroll tomorrow - I have to give them the money, boo hoo. The OR basically implied that if I hadn't mentioned it, they wouldn't have known, but I'm sure I did the right thing and no doubt it would have come back to haunt me. It's not a lot of money, just a couple of hundred once tax has been taken off, but I was hoping to just leave it in my account as a buffer between me and poverty. Still, if I'd still owned the shares when I went RB I would have lost them anyway, so I'm just going to put it behind me.
Anyway, she said i don't have to have the phone interview next week now, and about my tax code changing, and she even mentioned early discharge (though I expect this was just part of the stuff she was obliged to say). She was very nice, and had to phone me back up because she'd forgotten to tell me something, which made me smile a little.
Also today I got a letter from my bank saying they'd frozen my account and were withdrawing my banking facilities - no surprise there but considering they are a) my main creditor and b) I work for them, I WAS surprised to read that they seem to be happy to continue to bank with them if I open a basic account (hmm, let's see if that gives away who my employer is!) - all in all they've actually been very good about my BR status, and had I not opted for the better facilities at another bank, I might have considered it.
