Find Santa make a note of the code,
then email info@uptownestore.com quoting the Santa code, your name and contact number. Alternatively fill in the contact form below quoting the hidden Santa code.

Entries must be received by 18.00hrs Sunday 18th Dec 2016

Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for the DATE Christmas Hamper Competition run via Facebook and Email by Uptown E Store. By entering, you automatically consent to these terms.

The promotion is ONLY open to Mainland UK residents aged 18-years-old and over, excluding employees of the promoter, agents and any other person professionally connected with this promotion.

To enter, visit the Uptown Eventing Facebook Page, like the page, then share the post you’re your friends.
THEN Email quoting the Santa code, your name & contact number or fill in the contact form quoting the Santa code, your name & contact number

Entries must be submitted before midnight on 9 December. Entries received after the competition has closed will not be accepted.

This is solely a Facebook and email competition, so entries will not be accepted via any other medium (including on other social media channels).
Only one entry per person. Applications via agents/third parties or by using multiple Facebook or email accounts are not permitted.

There is only one prize offered, the Uptown Christmas Hamper, as described on the competition page. Contents may vary dependent on availability of stock in the winner’s size.

Please note that Alcohol is included in the hamper and may be omitted if desired.

The prize is as stated, is non-transferable (for use by the designated winner only), and not for resale. No cash alternative to the prize is available, nor will any alternative to the prize as stated be given.

The draw will be held at Uptown Eventing HQ. An automated name selecting programme will choose the winning entry at random. The winner will be notified on Facebook and via email and / or phone by Uptown E Store will need a postal address to ship the prize and clothing sizes.

If no contact is made from the winner within 4 days we may select another winner, or forfeit the prize.

The promoter is not responsible for our emails going to spam folder. The promoter is not responsible in the event that the winner does not receive their prize as a result of having submitted an incorrect/incomplete address or been available to sign for a delivery.

The promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its Facebook page and is not responsible for any disruption to the promotion or its Facebook page due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control. Proof of submitting an email is not proof of receipt by the promoter.

The winner will be sent their prize once they have provided their preferred address, providing that it is within mainland UK; Uptown E Store will try to deliver in time for Christmas but is not responsible for the time taken for the prize to reach its destination, nor any problems with the receipt of the prize.

Uptown E Store reserves the right to amend or suspend the promotion at any time without giving advance notice.
