Help me understand my State Pension Award Notice

  • I'm 65 on 28th December and my pension award notice states that my first part payment is on the 5th January, them my next full payment is on the 2nd February, then it will continue every 4 weeks.

    Yes, the last digit - the letter, of your NI number is obviously different to mine.

    Thanks damperman, same to you. Although I'm not planning to actually retire. My health isn't too good at the moment but I'm hoping to get through that and continue the part time work I do and which I enjoy.

    My work uses 52.1667 as a year. Maybe the government are more generous.. haha!
