Hi All
Im waiting for my solicitor to get the deed of postponement in relation to a shared equity buying scheme.
This is going to take 48 hours according to Halifax to sort out. I am however getting pressured by people in the chain to exchange sooner than later.
Can I Exchange without this deed?
