Assuming you are not spamming, the answer is likely to be no. Very small player with less than a year trading. A bit like asking the here if people have used your local butcher.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

I used the local butcher, good stock of meat, not sure about the venison though"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

My colleague has mentioned using Habito for a remortgage. From what I can remember he said that it was mostly done online, he had to scan and upload docs and that there was an assigned person that he could speak to about it. I'm not very clear on how much different it is from a phone based broker though besides the fact that you can input details online.
Please do feedback if you end up using them, would be interesting to know more!Hi All

I do not mean to come across like one of those people with sour grapes, but it does worry me that their factfind is online. I used to email my factfind over to people to complete, I then had to spend about 30 minutes going through it and checking/correcting or adding bits they had missed off.

I played with their system just because I wanted to see what it was all about.
It is nothing like what they make it out to be. They are just mortgage brokers, the same as every other mortgage broker, the only difference being is they get you to fill out a load of your information in the system before speaking to them for your appointment for the advice over the phone. Very gimmicky and nothing like the "algorithm" that they say the have to formulate the mortgage advice. A not so clever way to try and make them look different.0
