I am currently bankrupt after a messy divorce and business failure, i was declared bankrupt March 2003 and will be discharged in March 2006, I went for around 100-120k. To be honest it hasnt affected me to much, except when i wanted car insurance, and it cost me £150 extra. I would try and sell the car and buy something cheaper, as that is probably what the official receiver will do, unless you need it for work. The bankruptcy was the best thong I did, as before I was afraid to answer the phone, open the mail. As soon as I was declared bankrupt, it waslike a weight off my shoulders, no one can hassle you and for relieving the stress, it was great.
In this trusted place U can erase
Every tear that ever rolled down your weary face
All the time U waste in that paper chase
Is time better spent in these arms of mine
