Tax Refund email???

Have had an email which is from HMRC, and email address is:
HM Revenue & Customs [ko2dek@virginmedia.com
It says:
HM Revenue & CustomsAnnual Tax Return

As you may be aware we have been trying to send yоur email regarding the оutstanding tax returns with value of £***.** from the last annual calculation of your fiscal activity
This email includes a summary table about the supposed refund. You must create a ‘Government Gateway account’ in order to receive the promised refund online.

Does anyone know if this is a fake email or is from HMRC..

Have gone to the website, where it is asking for my debit or credit card to put the amount onto..

Fake; the reference to "Fiscal activity" is one of many giveaways, along with the fact that HMRC never send emails.
