I clicked Enter Now, selected A Triangle, Accepted Terms and Conditions, scrolled down and entered my phone number. I am logged in to Capital FM already.

Thanks, but even when I click enter now, I cannot see a form or a place to choose triangle.

What browser are you using? I used Chrome.

Thanks. I was using Chrome, but have just tried Firefox and the form was showing on that.
