7. The prize:

a. The winner shall be entitled to receive:

i. One (1) £1000 Get a Room! Gift card from Mr & Mrs Smith to be redeemed by calling their Smith24 travel team on 0330 100 3180 or online via the Mr & Mrs Smith website; https://www.mrandmrssmith.com

ii. One (1) £1000 Jigsaw gift card

b. Prize details to be confirmed with the Jigsaw Marketing team once a winner has been selected.

c. Gift cards will be valid from one (1) year of the issue date.

d. The prize may not be substituted for cash, vouchers or any other products. For the avoidance of doubt, travel costs are not included with the prize. Gift cards may only be used for hotels booked through Mr & Mrs Smith and cannot be used for bookings made directly with hotels. Mr & Mrs Smith reserve the right to refuse redemptions of gift cards if they believe that they are being used by someone other than the intended recipient. Mr & Mrs Smith reserve the right to decline to accept gift cards where, in its opinion, a gift card is invalid for the booking being made. Mr & Mrs Smith shall not be liable to any customer for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of a promotional gift card or any failure or inability of a customer to use a gift card for any reason. e. Any expense outside of those specified in the prize details (including, but not limited to, travel to and from the production, hotel, charges from the mini bar and all other services consumed during the stay), will be the prize winner’s sole responsibility.

f. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have a cash value of zero. Jigsaw reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
