The lady changed her mind and ordered the new car. Before signing on the dotted line she realised her balloon payment would be 6.5k and thus cancelled the order - losing her deposit. She then purchased another older car on finance for 12k. It was all a bit confusing to me and quite a let down after opening this thread to help her out.0
