A national newspaper is looking into a case where thousands of claimants have been given the runaround by their 'claims handler' who is losing paperwork like a good un. If anyone has any such issues please contact me and I'll provide you with the contact details of the journalist.
One 'claims handler' sat on the paperwork for so long that the worried claimant chased it up and said he wanted to let another firm look after it but they wanted £375 in 'cancellation' charges, for doing SFA... Nice people?
