Just received letter from Leeds BS - B2L 2 year fix runs out at the end of the month. Typically, they have different (not so good) deals for existing customers as appose to new customers. Why are Nationwide the only ones to see the value of existing customers?
Anyway, need to decide on new (not so good as new customer) deal; 2/3/5/10 year fix. Thinking the 3 year but will decide in the next few days.
(on a positive note, we've dropped to a 60% LTV since the house value has increased in the last 2 years)0
