Claiming free gift card from Currys?

Recently bought a TV from Currys (October). Part of the deal was £100 free gift card. I don't know how to get hold of it. I have been in store and they didn't seem to know. They directed me to the website but couldn't tell me how to find the link. I have come home to ring customer services and there is a 15min wait on the phone. Anyone would think they didn't want to give it me! Has anyone experience of this and knows how it works? Thanks (Not sure if this post is in the right place).

Was there nothing in the box stating how to claim the gift card ?

No. The salesman said it would just arrive in the post but I'm not confident that this is the case or when it might happen.

Still not able to get through to customer services on the phone. I've been trying all day. Is this normal customer services for Currys? Not had much dealings with them before.
