    Hi Luke,

So is your first name different to the name on the letter ?

Is the letter addressed to you, or your cousin ?

    Hi

It’s possibly a mistake or the debt collection agency are clutching at straws. Inform them of their error.

It’s also worth taking up Jade from Npower’s offer to investigate for you.

Not your name, not your problem.

You can return the letter "not known at this address".

That takes care of the DCA.

If you want to get to the bottom of it, the N power reps kind offer will still be open.
