No other option but thanks for your help

Thank you to everyone who gave me help with my situation but my partner and I have decided that bankruptcy is the way to go for us.

Best of luck to all of you

    Hi Leanne,

    Did you get your job?
    Did you sell the house?

    Good luck with the bankruptcy

Bankruptcy is not an easy solution and you will need help/advice/support through it if that is genuinely your best option.

    Hi Floss,

I did get the job and my partner has just got a new job too but nope, we didnt sell the house. We changed to 2 different agents (Troy county and Bairstow eves) but not looking good still. :(

I know it sounds wierd, but I'm actually looking forward to the bankruptcy.

    Hope you're well.

    I'm good thanks.
Houses don't seem to be selling round here at the moment, I've seen the same For Sale notices for ages.

As Fermi says, take a look at the Bankruptcy board for ongoing support. Hope all goes well
