1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion. Excludes residents of the Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
2. The promotion shall commence at 18:00 on 29 Nov 2016 and will close at 11:59PM on 13th December 2016 (the “Promotional Period”).
3. To enter the competition and be in with a chance of winning a winner must:
   
   a. Follow the Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/wethefoodsnobs

4. A valid Instagram account is required. Internet access required. No purchase necessary.
5. Any entries received from private accounts Instagram will not be entered due to privacy restrictions. To enter from a private account, you must amend your account settings to a public account in order for entry to be accepted. The account must remain public until the end of the promotion in order to be contacted in the event your entry is a winning entry.
6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules.
7. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period.
8. There is one prize to be won in total during the promotional period. The prize is a x3 night trip to Australia for two adults (18+). The prize includes:
   
   a. direct return flights economy inclusive of taxes and surcharges) from any London airport to Melborune;
   
   b. x2 nights in a minimum 3* hotel in Melbourne in a standard double/twin room breakfast on both mornings;
   
   c. Tickets to the Australian Open Tennis + hospitality
   
   d. Transfer flight from Melbourne to Adelaide
   
   e. 1x night in a minimum 3* hotel in the Barossa Valley
   
   f. a two day experience at the Jacob’s Creek winery, including the #OurTable dinner, vineyard visit, lunch and tasting
   
   g. Includes transfers to and from the hotels but winner is responsible for travel to the UK airport.
9. The prize, the Jacob’s Creek experience will take place Jan 17, 2017 – Jan 20th 2017. Please see clause 7 for further prize conditions. No person may win more than one prize in total in this promotion, regardless of the number of entries submitted. No cash alternative is available. Proof of age will be required.
   
   1. Additional Prize conditions:
   
   a. General:
   
   i. The winner must be one of the named travelling parties;
   
   ii. The winner and their guests will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
   
   iii. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests when participating in the prize and expected to comply with any third party terms and conditions that form part of the prize. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the prize being forfeited by the winner and their guests;
   
   b. Flight and Airlines:
   
   i. Flights and airline seats are subject to availability;
   
   ii. Flights will depart from any London airport only and flights will arrive in Melbourne Australia;
   
   iii. All flights are economy class;
   
   iv. The winner and their guests must travel together in both directions;
   
   v. Tickets are non-refundable or non-transferable;
   
   vi. All applicable taxes, fees, charges and surcharges shall be paid by the Promoter;
   
   vii. The winner and their guest must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage;
   
   viii. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights and dates shown;
   
   ix. If a booking is cancelled, no alternative tickets will be issued;
   
   x. Lounge passes and upgrades are only permitted if paid for by the winner;
   
   xi. Travel insurance is not included but is mandatory and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure;
   
   xii. Winner and guests travelling must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months on date of travel with one blank visa page;
   
   xiii. Any specific visa necessary for travel is the responsibility of the winner and their guests;
   
   xiv. UK transfers are not included;
   
   xv. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks); and
   
   xvi. Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize pursuant to these terms and conditions including without limitation, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.
   
   c. Hotel Conditions:
   
   i. Hotel rooms are subject to availability;
   
   ii. The Promoter will pay the cost of four standard rooms (either a double or a twin as requested by the winner) plus related room taxes; and
   
   iii. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
   
   2. Unfortunately, the prize will be forfeited if:
   
   a. The winner is unable to take the prize during the dates specified in clause 13;
   
   b. The winner or guests has not obtained the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
   
   c. The winner or guests has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within Spain; or
   
   d. The winner or guests has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the prize.
10. The first valid entry drawn at random from all correct entries in the presence of an independent adjudicator shall win the prize. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Proof of age may be required.
11. The winner will be notified via direct message within 28 days of the relevant draw. The winner has 9 days to claim the prize. If the prize goes unclaimed the prize will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner in accordance with these terms.
12. All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative. In the unlikely event of one the prizes not being available the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative or equal or similar value.
13. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or entries not in accordance with the rules.
14. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
15. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless the Promoter (in its sole discretion) is satisfied with the verification.
17. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
18. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
19. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by Facebook or Twitter, nor is Facebook or Twitter associated with this Promotion. Any information you disclose during this promotion is disclosed to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Twitter. The entrant releases Facebook for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion.
20. Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this promotion.

22. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
