I've hardly entered any comps this week.... I've had a hell of a busy week... :( 3 sports days, an assembly to watch Emily get an effort cup at school, my son's year 6 performance, had to walk all the way to the high school (i don't drive) to collect my eldest's phone cos he had it confiscated, several phone calls to high school and lots of grey hairs cos eldest has been a proper pain in the ****... had appointment with kitchen designer, my other son's leavers assembly at primary school, a disastrous trip into town which resulted in me chucking my shopping down in poundland and walking out before i killed all there staff lol followed by being completely humiliated in b&m by a till worker searching me cos my handbag set of the alarm when i left (no, i didn't steal anything lol) I've never been so humiliated in my life! She took my phone and purse of me and walked it through the alarm to see if was that, she then pretty much said i was lying and that i must have some shopping in my handbag!! (i didn't) after me showing her my tampons, loosing scratch cards and other junk i had in there she just laughed and told me to buy a new handbag... stupid ****.... Needless to say i am never going in there a bl**dy gain... am hoping to catch up on some comps over the weekend... lol x x

I see where you went wrong there...

If you are going to shoplift you should do it in a more upmarket shop. There is no point in nicking cheap stuff. Also the security treat you better in posh shops.

Crossing off 'p' as I've won a picnic hamper in a local(ish) competition. Got about an hour's drive each way to pick it up, but worth it to my mind as it is worth about £50 and very nice.

I'm not 100% sure that there is an easy way to increase it, I think it increases in proportion to your followers once you're over the limit set by twitter... don't quote me on that though, not completely sure :p

https://manageflitter.com/ I use this to help get rid of some of my followed accounts that are now inactive and have found it really helpful. You just have to connect your twitter account and then go to inactive, which shows you all the people you follow who haven't posted in over a month and lets you unfollow them in bulk. You get 100 unfollows a day with the free version :)

The only to increase how many people you can follow is to have more followers. If you had 4547 followers you could follow 5002 people. It then goes up as 10% on top of how many followers you have so if you have 5000 followers you can follow 5500.

manageflitter as suggested is easy to use and if you sort to inactive you will find you follow quite a few dead accounts x
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

thanks guys, but manageflitter isn't working for me.. just keeps saying it's timed out... will try it again later though! I only have 600 or so followers so don't think i'll ever get enough to be able to follow more :rotfl:

Facebook has finally helped me with my July win!

I won a £35 voucher to spend on a Facebook page that makes some beautiful home things including cushions and lampshades and just seen I have won some small animal treats from another Facebook page.
Thank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.

Yep, hit mine last week too :(

I don't think there is anyway to up the amount of pages you can follow, more have to follow you before you can follow more.

You could go the long slow way on Twitter of removing pages that haven't had comps for a while or who don't follow you back or there are a few websites that remove pages for you but only a maximum of 100 per day.

Myself personally I use Twit Ninja (I do comps from there and also clean up Twitter from there)
You can remove all the pages that haven't posted in x amount of days or all pages who haven't had a competition in x amount of days.

It might be easier just going and removing a few hundred who don't follow you back.
