Only one entry is permitted per person.
The competition is open to all UK residents of 18 or over, except employees or agents (and any member of the household of such persons) of Johnson & Johnson Limited or any of its associated companies, or any third party agencies connected with the administration of this competition. No purchase is necessary.
To enter, please fill in the details on the entry form and place in the Johnson & Johnson entry box at this store.
By submitting an entry, an entrant is deemed to have accepted these rules.
Any entry that is defaced, damaged, illegible or otherwise fails to comply with these rules will be deemed invalid.
All entries must be received before the Closing Date of 5p.m. on 5th October. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of receipt of entries.
There is one prize of a MINI One 1.4 4-Cyl 16V car. The Promoter may substitute the prize with an alternative one of equivalent value. The winner shall be responsible for collecting the prize from the Promoter. No warranty is given as to the amount of petrol in the car as of the time of collection by the winner. The winner will be responsible for road tax and insurance. There are no cash alternatives to the prize and the winner may not ask for changes to its specification, colour or accessories.
The prize will be awarded to the entrant selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
The winner will be notified within 30 days of the Closing Date and the prize will be available for collection by the winner within 120 days of the Closing Date.
Entrants accept that if they win the Prize, the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
The name and county of the winner will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the Closing Date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the Promoter, requesting details of the winner.
The Promoter will have final say in any dispute over the application of these rules. No correspondence regarding the results of the draw will be entered into. The Promoter may amend these rules or terminate this prize draw at any time before the Closing Date.
