Lunch ideas with intolerances

Hope you can all help me.
I know there is lots of lunch ideas on this forum but I'm finding it hard to have variety due to my many intolerances.
I don't eat pork or shellfish for religious reasons and due to medical reasons I can't eat raw vegetables, pasta, nuts, couscous. I also can not eat anything that is too high in fibre.
I'm getting very bored of my sandwiches every day as they are plain and boring.
I have a microwave at work.
Any suggestions?

Cook double of your evening meal and bring this to work later in the week and reheat in your office microwave a few times a week
Soup either in a thermos or reheated in the microwave
Quiche, savoury pies
Even the occasional ready meal, zapped in the microwave for the days you cant be bothered to make a packed lunch would still make a break from sandwiches, or sushi if you like this made with tuna or salmon rather than prawns.0 -
Rice salad with any little bits of left-overs in it.
Wraps (which just feel a bit different to sandwiches!)
Jacket potato
My favourite: I would buy avocados and let them ripen properly, when one was ready, I took it to work, sliced it and spread it on oatcakes (I had salad with it, but I'm sure it's lovely without)0
