I have been trying to deal with the Executors of my sisters will for months.
Their solicitor sent me a ID1 and a TR1 form and asked me to complete and send back. I should have been able to get my ID verified at the Land Registry Office but the staff would not give me an appointment unless I was logging other paperwork so I was going to give them the TR1.
I was then asked why I was logging the TR1 and was told I was submitted the incorrect paper work as my now ceased sibling was still on the registry.
And that they executors should have done the following:
Upon the death of my sibling a DJP form accompanied with a Death Certificate should have been submitted to remove her name form the Land Registry.
At the same time an AP1 form should have been completed to add the Executors on behalf of my nephew, the Beneficiary, who would also had been added to the registry.
They are now taking me to court saying I am being unreasonable.
Does anyone know what is the correct procedure to amend the Land Registry and to get my nephews name on and just me?
Thanks

If they are taking you to court something is seriously amiss here. Go and see your own solicitor.0

It would also be helpful if you added this to your previous thread about the same subject, rather than start a new one.0

As posted you may be better off adding to your earlier thread
