Does anyone have a recipe for a cranberry sauce (or relish) which can be preserved in jars without needing to be refrigerated? My fridge and freezer are packed but I have bought cranberries to get ahead for Christmas and now can't find a suitable recipe to make now and jar for Christmas, have searched everywhere.
Any advice gratefully received, thank you.

Search for cranberry jam recipes, they will last out of the fridge0 -
Thank you Suki. Unfortunately I can't even find a cranberry jam recipe which doesn't have to be refrigerated! In my head I know fruit/sugar = jam so should be safe in a jar without going in the fridge I just don't have the confidence to go ahead without seeing a recipe in writing!0

That's just one recipe, there's loads out there
It's the hot water bath they use, or canning as they call it that seals the jars
Just making a jam and using the wax disc will be fine for the three weeks to Christmas. You MAY get a bit of mould on the top, just scrap that off
I've jam in my cupboard made over five years ago, still un opened, just the wax disc and cellophane and not a spick of mould to be seen, it's possibly older then five years0
