hi marialionza, they used to have this help page on the old site for tab/tl etc
though i'm not sure if it will help or not,
maybe worth a try..
It’s possible that you are viewing a page held in your PC/ Mac’s cache.
The cache is a temporary storage area where your internet browser
holds frequently accessed data for rapid access re-use,
the page loads faster rather than re-fetching or recomputing
the original data.
Here are instructions of how clear the cache for the
3 most popular Internet Browsers.
With Internet Explorer, click on Tools,
Delete browsing history,
for the Temporary Internet Files option
click Delete files.
With Safari click on the Safari Menu then
the Empty cache option.
With FireFox click on the FireFox Menu,
then Preferences, click the Advanced Icon,
then the Network tab and click on the
clear now button for Cache
After you have cleared the cache please type this link in to
load a clean page of the Website:- https://takeabreak.co.uk/
this will load the home page.
Please Login at this point.

Thanks sk much for all this long post, it shows what a fantastic person you are.
Unfortunately none of it has worked. It happened already once but cannot remember how it got solved. I think I remember the problem came from them not us and eventually got solved.
I wonder if the ones that wrote before me are still having the issue.
Thanks again, I do apologize for sending this back to the first page.
Blessing to all. Thanks to those who help us to win !

Going to the site from a search engine breaks the link from MSE and using incognito is like clearing your cookies/browser history, if neither of those have worked I think you must have some additional issue on top of the link direct from here being blocked.
(If I click on the MSE link the site is blocked but my bookmarked link works fine as does going to it from a google search or even using the MSE link in incognito)0
