Using a solicitor to challenge an IPA

Has anyone used a solicitor to challenge an IPA? I'm disabled with many fluctuating health conditions and disability needs so expenditure is a bit of a grey area. I'm currently waiting to see a neurosurgeon.
I have found a local bankruptcy solicitor and I should be getting the IPA details from the OR in the next two weeks. Following the OR interview I have zero confidence in the examiner to make a fair judgement

Hi
I’m not sure about using a solicitor, but if you have issues with the Official Receiver who sets your IPA you can use the Insolvency Service complaints process.

"If the bankrupt decides not to consent to the IPA, he/she should notify the official receiver in writing of that decision within the same timescale as specified by the official receiver for return of the signed form. "
If you're going to do that then you need to have a good read of the technical manual and explain in as much detail as you can why you believe the proposal to be unfair.
You can apply to vary an IPA
