£15k Loan - Best Lender

Hello,

I am looking for a £15k loan once our house purchase completes, in order to buy a new car, as well as a few other bits for the new house.

My bank is HSBC, and they currently have an attractive rate of 3.3% over 5 years. I have previously had two personal loans with them (at higher rates than advertised, the usual story), and have paid both back early.

Would it benefit me to go back to HSBC based on my 15 years of holding an account with them, and two successful historical loan repayments, or will the fact that I paid them back early work against me? My mortgage just for reference, will be with another bank.

Grateful for any advice.

TJ
