I'm not sure if it's once only entry? Email confirmation says:

Thanks for entering our Giant #GinAdvent Giveaway! We'll contact each day's winner by email, so keep your eyes peeled throughout the competition from 1st-24th December in case it's you!

It says: Simply sign up below to be entered into every day's prize draw

I would take this to mean you only need to enter once.

The question has been asked a couple of times on Facebook and the answer is you only have to enter once to be eligible for all draws. :T
