Is it possible to apply for 2 mortgages at the same time? This is for 2 different BTL properties.
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

I'm in the exact same situation, one is a remortgage from residential and another is a new purchase. Both of them going with the same lender, BM Solutions. Both are in the final phase, so fingers crossed should complete within the next couple of weeks.
It hasn't raised any issues so far, so hopefully it should all be fine
