CCA, Deed of Assignment, Defult Notice and All data protection information requests

Hi all,

Some help required please!

I am looking at contacting Blake and Morgans to request all my information as there is currently a dispute on going.

Can I make a freedom of information / data protection request for all transcripts, notes, paperwork etc along side requesting a CCA and the Deed of Assignment in one letter?

Also how do i go about doing this?

You can ask for a copy of the notice of assignment, but only a court can request the deed of assignment, as it will contain a list of debts, of which yours is just one.
