Tracker due to finish with Nationwide

FA has advised me to consider moving to a lifetime tracker mortgage with the Cheltenham & Gloucester this is 5.92% (Bank Base Rate +0.17%). This also has free valuation and legals. There is a £99 application fee payable upfront.

Situation is I've 3years and a few months to go until end of term, it's part repayment part interest only, it's around 30% of house value.

FA says 'With this scheme there are no early repayment charges so you are free to pay lump sums off your mortgage at any time, also with this being a lifetime tracker mortgage you will not need to change the your mortgage again'

Can anybody suggest anything else? I've seen the Woolwich offer a very similar product but it's advertised as no fees so would this be a better option?

Most of the other options have high fees.
