*These terms and conditions apply to the MyAviva Amazon Echo Dot Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully.
Closing date for all entries is 23:59 on 18 December 2016 (the “Closing Date”).
The promoter is Aviva UK Digital Limited (the “Promoter”).
To enter the Promotion, you must be a full time UK resident and must have registered for MyAviva by 23:59 on 18 December 2016. When registration has been completed, you will be eligible to be entered in the Promotion.
To be eligible, you must provide all the information required by the Promoter in the registration process. Failure to register with MyAviva or provide any required information will disqualify you from this Promotion.
Entries that are not compliant with the rules of entry set out in these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
The Prize draw will take place on 19 December 2016. The Prizes will be awarded to the first 100 (one hundred) entries drawn at random. Each entrant will be eligible for one entry into the prize draw.
The Prize consists of one Amazon Echo Dot (the "Prize").
The winners will be notified by Aviva by email within 5 days of the draw being made. If the winners do not respond within 7 days of the time of notification, their Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond within 7 days or their Prize will be forfeited). As the Prize will be despatched by post, Aviva will need to verify the winners' addresses for security purposes. Delivery date of the Prize will be confimed once the address has been verified. Delivery will not be before Christmas 2016 due to the winners verification process.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding any decision made. No cash alternative will be offered. The winners of a Prize will be randomly selected. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for any other prize. Only one Prize can be won by each entrant.
The names of the winners will be made available on a request in writing to Amazon Echo Dot Giveaway, FAO Katie Stewart, Dept 18, Chilworth House, Hampshire Corporate Park, Templars Way, Eastleigh, S053 3RY within 28 days of the Closing Date. The winners agree to have their name disclosed for this purpose.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize that are not specifically and expressly included within the Prize description set out in these terms and conditions.
