This just went through using Edge for me. It's the first time I've managed to enter for days.

I'm wondering if the error is due to using the same number too many times. I've not been able to enter using 2 for days. After reading sofieellis' post above, I tried again in Chrome, using 2, and still got the error. Then I tried 21 in Edge and it went through. Today I tried 21 in Chrome and it went through fine.

Blulu, I think you might have cracked it! I switched from 2 to 21 and it went through straight away on Chrome today! :beer:

Are you using firefox? The same has been happening to me but tonight I tried making the page smaller by zooming out using No Squint plus add on and I could see all the balls on the tree like they should be.

No squint plus will remember your settings for individual pages to save you adjusting each time you go on the page.

I use Chrome, but switch to Edge when needed. Now I'm getting the error on #21. I think we've broken that number too

On the tree page the numbers 2 and 21 show as grey, so I'm guessing that clicking on a grey number will bring the error message. Can anyone confirm this? I went to edge and clicked 24. It worked but I got 'unlucky' - wrong guess.
