Outdoor Bulbs for Parties

I am looking at something like this.
However these bulbs are only 3m in length whereas I am looking at something that would be about 20m...
I was thinking LED but that might end up being expensive. Then I thought I could get some outdoor Christmas lights, but then they wouldn't be that bright.
I found this website that does something pretty neat (as I want plugged versions, not solar power), but they're £100
Any ideas?
