Here’s the situation
Currently on 15 years fixed with Northern Rock @ 5.4% as to leaving, no fees will be applied (5 years fixed left and then 10 year variable. (15 Years)
I have 140K outstanding
1 endowment policy matures on 1st Jan 2017 £20K
1 endowment policy matures on 1st April 2017 £20K
Do I jump ship now? getting advantage of lower interest for a month then over pay in Jan and April.
Or wait 1 month or 4 months and take out £120K or £100K remortgage.
Looking at fixed rate with Coventry for 5 years at 1.99% which has no transfer cost and allows over-payment.

If there's no ERC's jump ship as soon as you able. Though make sure that you can make over payments of the size of the endowment payouts without penalty. Appears Coventry is limited to 10% over payments per annum.
January isn't far away. So timing the remortgage for when the first payout has been received maybe beneficial.0
