Mortgage success with CCJ?

Hi,

Myself & hubby are currently saving for a mortgage deposit.

My husband has a settled ccj from 2013 (£3000) and I have 2 settled defaults from 2012 (£225 & £700.) We are hoping to get a mortgage towards the end of next year and are looking for advice / success stories of people getting accepted for mortgages with similar credit history to us. We will hopefully have a 10% deposit but not even sure if this will be a big enough deposit?!

Many thanks

I replied to the post you made on the success stories.

There is a possibility you can do it with a 10% deposit but it will come down to score.
