Claiming payday loan refunds...

There have been many people now claiming refunds on payday loans, in a similar way that ppi has been reclaimed. I came across a very good website debtcamel which says don't be trying if you have been or are bankrupt, it will just go to the official receiver. In my opinion, fair enough if you are CURRENTLY BANKRUPT, but ive been discharged for nearly 4 years now, so what right would the official receiver have to do with any payday loan refund or even ppi that i want to claim now that ive been discharged for several years??? Is it still worth trying??

No harm in trying is there.
Depends what grounds you would be basing the claim on.0 -
