I did wonder if that was it & it was badly worded, so I put a pair of straighteners in that I got to from that link - offer still didn't come up.

If you read the terms of the offer, which appear under the boxes marked Step 1 and Step 2, it says electrical items are excluded.

I read it 50 times & missed that!!!
