I got an email from them saying they have new owners (not sure who?), and all back to normal now.....and I got three £1 vouchers.....nice. Seems like my control over implulse dvd buying is a thing of the past.

Got the same email. Who are the new owners though? The website tells you nothing.

I'm not risking any money here until I know for sure that the company's got a sound financial base. No credit card protection (strictly speaking) unless the transaction is for £100 or more.

I doubt the Bank of England is going to guarantee CD Wow!

were they ever away really i had season 2 of prison break on pre order and it arrived on time about 3 weeks ago

yes all orders seem to arrive quickly now again - let's hope they keep the prices down now
