when TSBLloyds split

So we took out a mortgage with Lloyd's tsb, then they had to split, we ended up with tsb. since then ? 3 years ago we haven't had a statement. we are abroad and hadn't twigged. has anyone else had this problem?

    Have you asked the current occupants of the house. Are TSB aware that the property is let.

    our correspondence address is different from the house mortgage address, so should be no reason to not get a statement. have you had a similar problems? Lloyd's TSB knew before they split, one would assume that the information was transferred

    Why not just call TSB? They are the only ones who know what address they hold for you, why it hasn't been sent, and how to rectft it.
