What can I cook at 100*? Or what would you do with these on the hob?

Hello OS-ers
I've just moved into a new house and am having trouble with the oven. It's a fan oven, and most of the decals on the dials have been rubbed off. We've been trying every combination of settings to get heat out of it but it won't rise above 100*
OH has emailed the manufacturers asking for an instruction booklet but in the meantime we are stuck!
I was going to do this tonight but can't.
The chicken, aubergine, and courgettes really need using - any ideas? I can pop out for any other ingredients, I am just at a creative loss! Also have a SC but it's probably a bit late for that...

You do everything on the hob until step 5 when the mixture needs 'roasting' for 5 - 10 mins. In your situation, I would cover the pan at that point and cook on the hob until ready - If you feel it loses colour, you could then grill it under a hot grill for a few mins to finish it off.
sounds yummy btw0 -
JUSt cook that recipe on teh hob in a large pan/ casserole. Just simmer it unitl the chicken is cooked.0

Thanks, I was mis-leading actually
, this is OH's signature dish and I don't go near the kitchen
I will tell him to carry on on the hob, it is yummy, my favourite
We've got some ciabatta to go in the oven too, can he just leave it in for longer?0
