Surveyor had wrong purchase price?

Hi all

My buyer's lender finally instructed the valuation of our house after a few weeks of going back and forth and it was carried out this morning.

The first thing he asked me was to confirm that the purchase price was £400k. Well it's not, it's £390k. He seemed fine and said he'd change it, and sometimes this happens, but how?! Just an admin error or something dodgy?! Hoping this doesn't hold the whole process up further than it has been already!

Sometimes this happens, just an admin error.

    It won't affect anything.

Phew, thank you. Now just to keep fingers crossed that he valued it at £390k!
