Picked up this camera yesterday at Tescos instore, quite reasonable at £49.97 for a 5meg 4x optical 4x digital zoom, add a pack of chewy for 5p off a litre of fuel.

Thanks for the info, I have been to Tesco Extra at Stockport this morning & bought one (about 6 left).
Two weeks ago I saw the camera for £99 in John Lewis, cheapest price £69.97 online at Tesco Direct.
If you are thinking of buying this camera, please note although it says the colour is red, it looks more like a dark pink to me, perfect for my daughter!

It looks like they've priced it up now to £69.97. But still quite a good price for what it is. I wanted this camera so thanks!

Try phoning or visiting a local large Tesco's as £49.97 is the in store price.
£69.97 is the online direct price, but might be worth keeping your eye on this incase it drops.
