Had an email from The List yesterday to tell me I've won tickets for the Edinburgh Foodies festival this weekend!! Really looking forward to a day out with my husband - we both love food! Thanks to Lakshimi7 for posting!!

If it is anything like the Bristol one you will have a fab time, my tip is to get there early, (good 15mins b4 gates open) and then head straight to the tent to sign up for demos/masterclasses. The beer tasting one was brilliant! And take a small case/backpack on wheels for your shopping. Have fun! Beer tasting is indeed included in the entry price. There is a drinks theatre but you need to book as soon as you get there. Lots of lovely samples of beer / cider, wine etc on the stalls too as well the fab food. I went last weekend to the London show. Have a lovely time :beer:0
