Sia is known for covering her face with her hair & has a song called Chandelier. I don't think Ellie has her own song called Chandelier, the only references I've seen were of mash ups between Ellie's song Burn with Sia's Chandelier. Ellie may have covered it live or something but I think the answer they want is Sia.
