1. They advertise free delivery on all orders when your search finds them. Bull. The site qualifies that so a large number of items carry a delivery charge.
2. The product I ordered, a Cooks Professional Soup Maker, had 2 faults. Poor manufacturing quality control.
3. On returning it I was only refunded the item cost. I had to re-contact to request refund of delivery charges.
4. To date I have been informed I will receive refund of delivery charge. No mention of refunding the £6 cost of returning their tripe.
In conclusion I would say they deal with sub standard products and only refund fairly when pushed.
