1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, other than employees of BT their families. Only one entry per registered email address
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.
3. The prize is a pair of tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final in Cardiff, along with £500 cash spending money. Travel, accommodation and other incidental expenses relating to the event are not provided and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
5. Entries must be made by playing the BT Sport ‘Name The Teams’ online quiz and submitting at least one completed entry before 31st Jan 2017. Only entries including a valid email address will be entered into the prize draw. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
6. The winner will be the first validated entry drawn at random by an independent person on 7th Feb 2017. The Winner will be notified using the email supplied with the entry on or before 7th March 2017. No other method of contact will be used
7. Subject to successfully contacting the winner, the prize tickets and cash will be sent to the winner 30 days after the closing date.
8. Details of the prize winners (first and last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to C.Wood, BT Centre (b6) 81 Newgate Street, London, EC1A 7AJ[on or before 7th March 2017
9. By entering this Prize Draw you agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews)
