I have multiple flex (possible salary sacrifice) i.e., Critical illness, medical insurance, share and travel insurance.
as of next year should i carry on using these or do i need to look else where
It is currently taken £300 of my salary before tax0 -
If you are on a share scheme (SIPP) through work is this affected? I see nothing mentioned of this in any news article?0

My son got a lease car through his employer and was told he would save on his tax and NI due to salary sacrifice. He has now had his tax code changed from 1100L to 7120L. As he is paying for the car in full weekly from his wages is it correct that he has lost a large chunk of his tax free allowance?0

I earn less than £4k part time working and up until now - this has been income tax free0
