This is slightly off topic to the original parking at Belfast Airport.I am heading to Spain on the same day my dad comes home from spain. I leave my car at belfast airport car park at 3pm that day and he flies in from spain at 11.30 that night. he wants me to leave his car at the airport the day i fly out and him take his spare set of keys and him drive his car home later that night. he would also pick me up the following week.the total stay would be from 3pm to 12 midnight max
Is it possible ?
has anyone done it ? shortstay ? long stay ? or would easypark or mccauslands let you do this basically only 1 days parking ???????
i know its a lot of hassle than taking our own cars but he thinks he is saving me money......

Yes Belfastgal we've done exactly the same thing before. We left our car at Killead Lodge 02894470407 £3 per day and told them our son would collect it a couple of days later so you don't even need a spare set of keys as they take your keys and as long as you've given them the name of who is collecting the car there is no problem. They'll charge you for a full day obviously and their minibus takes you to the airport. Hope this helps.Member #7 SKI-ers Club

Thanks will give them a ring....No thanks button today0 -
Stick with the independents. If you use the airport car parks you will need to get the ticket & location to your Dad.Dave0

Thanks mate
No thanks button tonight. I usually go with Easi Park and found them to be great - except for the last time when they were fully booked should have booked earlier - my fault.
didnt think they would go for tat will give them a try.
Do they not mind that a different person picks the car up later that day and they gonna get "one days money off you"0
