protected content on Amazon prime - option to change site settings is missing on my t

I have an Amazon prime sub and have been happily watching the TV show Lucifer each week as the episodes come out. Today I switched on my android tablet to watch the latest episode and successfully navigated to the correct page on Amazon UK. This confirmed my sub and displayed the option to view. however when I clicked on it I got a message saying it included protected content and I needed to change my site settings (via the three dots) to view it. It displayed instructions to go to settings / site settings/ display protected content and how to update this status.

My problem is I have no heading called Display Protected Content under site settings or anything similar. should I be looking somewhere else?
