Check Your Monthly Bank Statements

On checking my monthly statement, I notice a direct debit labelled "WLY*COMPLETESAVE.C CD11". On investigation, it is a subscription of £15 a month to a discount service for over 650 retailers. However this is something that I personally would not want or use. My "free" subscription of 1 month came about by getting a discount on a train ticket I purchased as a one off travel and without realising, to get the discount I had automatically signed up to the subscription. No emails appeared in my in box and I can only assume it had appeared in my junk mail as I have now cancelled the subscription today and the cancellation notice is in my junk mail too. Beware. Check your bank statements for direct debits and check your junk mail.
