Afternoon
We are looking at selling our house and if nothing becomes available that we want, we are going to rent a while until we do find something, would we be classed as first time buyers if this happens

If over 12 months renting then most lenders would yes, whilst some would only class you as FTB if you have never had a mortgaged property before.I am a Mortgage Broker.
