Full &a Final settlement with Barclay
Makingmistakes
Hi all
I was wondering if anyone could help, basically I've been very foolish with spending on a high interest rate Barclays credit card and refusing to deal with this earlier. What was originally £800 debt has now spiralled £1077 with interest and penalties which I cannot afford now that I am a student again. After reading several post it seems like they are also not the easiest to deal with when asking for a F&F and it is still currently with Barclays.
My question is, would I go in with an offer first or would I tackle the issue of trying to claim back penalties to lessen the debt or deal with both at the same time in writing?
I would be grateful for any tips, and thanks in advance.
